The Registrar’s Office is assigned the responsibility for the management, processing, and release of all the student records of Southeastern College. In addition, they act as the conduit for communications to governmental and regulatory agencies such as the Department of Education (DEPED), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), and Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

Specific Departmental Objectives:

• Record, Maintain, and Safe Keep all student records
• Update all existing student Records
• Timely Release of Records to Clients when Requested
• Communicate and facilitate Information needed by and from Southeastern College and Governmental Educational Agencies
• Provide Yearly Enrollment Demographic Information for purposes of Planning and Development
